Job description for Tax Staff RLN Bogor at PT Agrinesia Raya
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare withholding tax certificates for PPh 23 and PPh 4(2).
- Submit withholding tax certificates for PPh 23 and PPh 4(2) to the relevant parties.
- Reconcile received withholding tax certificates with issued tax invoices.
- Reconcile input tax invoices from e-Faktur data with received invoices.
- Prepare financial tax reports for Annual Tax Return (SPT Tahunan) for the company and management.
- Educate and communicate tax regulations to other departments to ensure compliance.
- Handle periodic tax reporting and ensure timely submissions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, especially related to PPh 23, PPh 4(2), and VAT (PPN).
- Experience in tax reporting, reconciliation, and compliance.
- Proficiency in tax reporting systems, including e-Faktur and e-SPT.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to communicate tax regulations clearly to non-financial departments.
