Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Tax Consultant (experience in a consulting firm is preferred).
- Proficient in English: both written and verbal.
- Placement: Central Jakarta.
- Bachelor's in accounting or tax.
- Have a certificate of Brevet A, B (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Tax Consultant (preferred).
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a team and under a tight deadline.
- Able to work in a multi-tasking and challenging environment.
- Capable of working independently and in a team.
- Excellent interpersonal, proactive, and communication skills.
- Should be energetic, proactive, hardworking, and highly motivated.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure corporate tax compliance, including VAT, Income Tax (PPh 21, PPh 23, Corporate Tax), and other applicable taxes.
- Prepare, review, and file periodic and annual tax reports (SPT Masa & SPT Tahunan) on time.
- Conduct tax analysis and planning to optimize corporate tax efficiency.
- Review and ensure tax reconciliation accuracy with financial reports.
- Coordinate with tax offices (KPP) and relevant authorities for audits, refunds, and dispute resolution.
- Provide tax-related strategic consultation and recommendations to management.
- Monitor tax regulation changes and implement necessary adjustments in company policies.
- Assist with internal and external tax audits by providing relevant documents and data.
- Guided and trained junior team members on tax-related matters.
