TAX SPECIALIST
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, calculate, file, and report all corporate tax accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations, including Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax, VAT, and other relevant taxes.
- Prepare monthly and annual tax reconciliations between accounting records and tax reports.
- Maintain tax documentation and supporting schedules for internal and external audits, as well as tax examinations.
- Review business transactions to ensure proper tax treatment and compliance.
- Manage tax administration, including e-Invoicing, withholding tax certificates, tax payment processes, and electronic tax filing systems
- Monitor changes in tax regulations and recommend necessary actions to ensure compliance.
- Support tax planning initiatives while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with external tax consultants, auditors, and government authorities regarding tax matters.
- Prepare tax reports and analysis for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Taxation/Accounting.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Tax, preferably within the Logistic or Manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, including Corporate Income Tax, VAT, and Withholding Tax.
- Experience with electronic tax systems (Coretax, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, e-Billing, etc.).
- Brevet A & B certification is required; Brevet C is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
