Job description for Tax Manager at Anantya Consulting
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client's assignment and ensure timely and quality deliverables for Director/Partner's review.
- Manage and supervise tax compliances.
- Provide tax advisory and analyze complex Indonesian tax issues.
- Lead tax audit, objection, appeal and dispute resolution engagements.
- Review tax calculations, returns, memoranda, and client deliverables.
- Supervise, coach, and develop junior team members.
- Manage client relationships and monitor engagement progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Fiscal Administration, Taxation, or related field.
- Minimum 7-8 years of tax consulting experience, preferably in a tax firm
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and administration
- Experience in tax compliance, advisory and dispute resolution
- Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Brevet A & B preferred; Brevet C and USKP is an advantage.
