Job description for Tax Manager at ADINATA HARTA CONSULTING
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Law (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting or public accounting firms
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Brevet A&B certification (Brevet C is a plus)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage tax advisory projects, compliance, and dispute cases
- Oversee and review work prepared by junior consultants and specialist
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide valuable insights
- Represent clients during audits, objections, and appeals
- Support management in developing new sevices and improving internal processes
