Hiring: PT PMA Tax Compliance Consultant
Location: BSD City, Tangerang (On-site / Hybrid)
We are looking for an experienced PT PMA Tax Compliance Consultant to manage the tax compliance and reporting obligations of foreign-owned companies (PT PMA) in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle monthly and annual tax compliance for PT PMA companies.
- Prepare and file all required tax reports, including PPN, PPh, and Corporate Income Tax.
- Ensure timely tax payments and compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Manage tax reporting through Coretax/DJP Online.
- Review financial transactions to ensure tax compliance.
- Provide tax advice related to PT PMA operations.
- Coordinate with clients regarding tax documents and filing requirements.
- Liaise with the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) when necessary.
- Assist clients during tax audits and respond to tax notices.
- Monitor changes in Indonesian tax regulations affecting PT PMA companies.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience handling tax compliance for PT PMA companies.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws applicable to foreign-owned businesses.
- Hands-on experience with Coretax/DJP Online.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance.
- Brevet A & B certification (Brevet C is an advantage).
- Excellent understanding of monthly and annual tax filing obligations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English communication skills are required.
- Able to work independently and meet strict filing deadlines.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Preferred
- Experience working with international clients.
- Familiarity with foreign investment regulations and PT PMA business structures.
- Experience coordinating with BKPM/OSS-related compliance is an advantage.
