-Pendidikan minimal lulusan jurusan Akuntansi, Keuangan, atau bidang terkait dengan sertifikasi Brevet A&B
-Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun dalam perencanaan pajak, lebih diutamakan dalam lingkungan perusahaan atau konsultan pajak
-Fresh Graduate dipersilahlan melamar
-Pengetahuan yang kuat tentang undang-undang dan peraturan pajak, termasuk pajak federal, negara bagian, dan lokal
-Keterampilan analitis dan pemecahan masalah yang sangat baik
-Kemahiran dalam perangkat lunak persiapan pajak (eSPT, dll) dan Microsoft Office Suite
-Orientasi terhadap detail dan keterampilan organisasi yang kuat.
-Kemampuan untuk bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalm tim.
-Keterampilan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang sangat baik.
