Business Tax - Associate
Role Description
You will be responsible for assisting your superiors in basic technical areas, such as:
1. Performing recapitulation and calculation,
2. Preparing documents for tax disputes, tax compliance for individual and corporate clients
3. Updating senior team members on the work progress in order to get the projects done within the schedule,
4. Collects, assimilates, and analyzes data and uses standard processes and tools to help surface and support solutions in the Tax business.
5. Develops knowledge of current tax legislation in Indonesia.
6. Applies technology knowledge to address client business challenges.
7. Conducts research on tax regimes in Indonesia.
8. Prepares tax provisions using technical skills to accurately complete calculations and follow Firm’s policies and procedures.
9. Researches and prepares draft client reports under the guidance of senior staff and project management.
10. Research tax authority dispute process and prepares draft letters to be presented before the tax authorities/court in tax audits/objections/ appeals.
11. Recognizes the key capabilities required to deliver a high-quality service experience to the client.
12. Demonstrates strong commitment to personal learning and development; acts as a brand ambassador to help attract top talent.
13. Other clerical works.
14. It is necessary to be good in teamwork, have a good communication skills and high attention to details.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Economics majoring in Accountancy, Fiscal 2. Administration with a Min GPA of 3.00
3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
4. Having experience in consulting firm(s) or as an accounting staff would be an advantage.
