What You'll Do?
1. Assist and guide clients in using Pajakku’s tax and accounting applications
2. Assess client needs and provide tailored digital tax solutions
3. Support implementation processes according to project timelines
4. Conduct training sessions to ensure smooth user adoption
5. Prepare documentation and stay updated on tax tech trends to provide added value
What We’re Looking For?
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Taxation or Accounting.
- At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing, consulting, or implementation role.
- Brevet A & B certifications are required.
- Strong interest in technology-driven tax solutions.
- Familiarity with tax software and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proactive communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin is a plus
