Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, pemecahan masalah, dan interpersonal yang baik.
Memiliki pengalaman kerja di bidang keuangan dan perpajakan, lebih disukai di industri hospitality atau manajemen villa.
Memahami laporan keuangan, pembukuan, serta peraturan perpajakan (tax compliance) dasar hingga menengah.
Memiliki ketelitian tinggi, detail-oriented, serta keterampilan organisasi yang baik.
Mampu berbahasa Inggris dan mahir menggunakan komputer (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Berpengalaman menggunakan software akuntansi dan/atau pajak (Xero & Coretax) menjadi nilai tambah.
Mampu mengelola berbagai tugas, menentukan prioritas, serta bekerja dengan pengawasan minimal.
