Job description for Tax & Accounting Staff at DCT Agency
Job Qualification:
- Min Bachelor's degree in accounting
- min 1 year relevant experience
- familiar with pph 21, pph 23, 4 paragraph 2 and input & output VAT
- has a brevet A&B certificate
- willing to be placed full WFO in BSD
Job Description:
- create tax reports (VAT and PPh)
- handle monthly E-Spt PPh 23, 4(2), VAT along with proof of deduction and PPh 21
- handle E-Billing for tax payments (PPh 21, 23, 4(2) and VAT)
- prepare monthly reconciliation of SPT VS GL for PPh 21, 23, 4(2), input & output VAT
- check all invoices/expenses before payment and vendor agreements regarding tax
- maintain VAT In listings and reconcile with accounting and dept data. other
- handle tax deduction list and reconciliation with general ledger
- prepare income tax reporting and filing
- ensure and update tax regulations
