Finance & Accounting Staff job descriptions contain the following duties and responsibilities:
1. Finance Management for Schinder Group.
2. Managing and operating ACCURATE system.
3. Responsible to handle all finance and accounting matters, covering but not limited to
developing system and policies.
4. Conducting continuous control on finance and accounting system and policies
implementation.
5. Creating good communication ambience at work place so that dinance and accounting
could contribute and provide support for the achievement of optimum success of Firm’svision and mission.
6. Responsible to coordinate Finance & Accounting Department.
7. Ensure the general ledger post in properly posting in Accurate Software.
8. Review and make sure the Financial Statement periodically.
9. Manage and make Cash Flow and Forecasting Report.
10. Review outstanding invoice.
11. Annual Firm’s auditing.
Job requirements and qualifications
Finance & Accounting Staff job description contain the following requirements andqualifications:
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
2. Great knowledge with Finance Management.
3. Accurate, detail, thorough, logic, consistent and discipline.
4. Proficient on handling Financial Annual Report, Accounting System, Analyzing Information,
Reporting and Research Skills, Statistical Analysis.
5. Proven experience with at least 3 year(s) of working in the related field required for this
position.
