Tax Admin

Job Responsibilities:

Managing and overseeing our company’s tax compliance needs.

• You will work closely with our accounting team and report directly to Manager to ensure accurate and timely filing of tax documents.

• Prepare and review corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.

• Analyze and implement tax strategies to optimize tax obligations.

• Ensure compliance tax regulations and goverment

• Assist in tax audits and prepare responses to various tax authorities.

• Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicate the effects of these developments to manager and the finance team.

• Provide support with quarterly and annual tax provision calculations.

Requirements:

• Can speak English very well

• Have Brevet A-B Certificated

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in tax preparation and compliance in a public accounting firm or corporate tax department.

• Understand to submit tax use ebupot

• Understand to submit VAT

• Have experience facing TAX Audit

• Neat in filling TAX documents

• Strong understanding of tax code, compliance and procedures for Indonesia tax regulations

• Familiarity with tax software and Microsoft Office

• Advanced Excel skills.

• Good analytical and strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of explaining complex tax information to non-specialists.
