Job description for Tax Accounting Supervisor at PT. Langlang Laju Layang
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily tax accounting activities to ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and company policies.
- Handle tax-related matters, including SP2DK (Tax Clarification Requests), Tax Audits, and other tax inquiries from the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT).
- Perform and review fiscal and commercial reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting and taxation standards.
- Coordinate with external tax consultants, auditors, and relevant tax authorities.
- Review financial and tax-related documents to identify potential tax risks and ensure accurate reporting.
- Provide guidance and supervision to the tax accounting team to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
Job Requirements
- Male or female, under 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory position or previous experience working at a Tax Consulting Firm (KKP).
- Must hold Brevet A & B Tax Certification.
- Possession of SKK/SKT certification is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Indonesian taxation laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in handling SP2DK, Tax Audits, and tax-related inquiries.
- Strong expertise in fiscal and commercial reconciliations.
- Good understanding of financial accounting principles, tax reporting, and financial statements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, and familiar with tax reporting systems.
