Job description for Tax Accounting Specialist at PT. Jiale Indonesia Textile
Job Descriptions :
- Handle company tax calculation, tax reporting, and tax payment process such as VAT, Income Tax, and other related taxes accurately and on time.
- Prepare accounting and tax documents for internal audit, external audit, and tax audit purposes.
- Reconcile financial transactions related to purchasing, production, inventory, and sales to ensure accurate accounting and tax reports.
- Maintain and organize invoices, tax documents, and other financial records properly for daily operation and reporting needs.
- Coordinate with Finance, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Production teams regarding financial and tax-related data in daily factory operations.
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Tax, or related major with minimum 3 years experience as Accounting Tax, preferably from garment or manufacturing industry.
- Understand accounting and taxation process in manufacturing company, including inventory flow, production costing, and sales-purchase transactions will be very considered.
- Familiar with Coretax, e-Faktur, e-SPT, Microsoft Excel, and accounting system/software.
- Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken, for daily work communication and reporting.
- Willing to be work in Majalaya, Bandung.
