As a Talent Specialist within our dynamic live streaming industry, you'll be a pivotal figure responsible for identifying, acquiring, and nurturing top-tier talent for our company. Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with content creators, streamers, influencers, and artists to enhance our company's presence and engagement. You'll collaborate closely with various teams to ensure a seamless experience for our talent and drive the growth and success of our platform.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
• Identify and recruit talented content creators, streamers, influencers, and artists aligned with the platform's objectives and audience.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new talent, fostering diversity and inclusivity within the talent pool.
Relationship Management
• Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with existing and potential talent, serving as the primary point of contact and advocate for their needs.
• Provide guidance and support to talent, understanding their aspirations, and aligning them with platform goals.
Negotiation and Contracts
• Negotiate and finalize agreements, contracts, and partnerships with talent, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and align with company objectives.
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and accuracy in contractual agreements.
Talent Development
• Coordinate and facilitate opportunities for talent growth, offering guidance on content creation, audience engagement, and platform optimization.
• Organize workshops, training sessions, and resources to assist talent in maximizing their potential on the platform.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
• Monitor talent performance metrics, analyzing data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Generate regular reports on talent performance, engagement, and trends to inform decision-making processes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in talent management, preferably within the entertainment, media, or live streaming industry.
• Strong understanding of digital content creation, social media, and online platforms.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with industry trends, influencers, and emerging platforms.
• A strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Willing to be placed in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta, Indonesia
