Pria, Min. Pendidikan SMA/Diploma
Berpengalaman mencai kandidat untuk posisi Sales Lapangan melalui berbagai channel rekrutmen
Bersedia ditugaskan keluar kota dan siap bekerja dilapangan
Memiliki kendaraan pribadi
Dapat segera bergabung (ASAP)
Bisa mengendarai mobil menjadi nilai plus
BPJS kesehatan/KIS aktif
Siap roadshow atau mobile area Jateng-DIY

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Menghubungi kandidat potensial dan melakukan screening administrasi awal sesuai kriteria
Mengumpulkan serta memastikan kelengkapan data dan dokumen kandidat
Mengelola database kandidat dan memperbarui status kandidat secara berkala
Menyerahkan kandidat yang lolos screening kepada HR Recruitment untuk proses seleksi selanjutnya
Melakukan wawancara untuk kandidat Sales dan memberikan edukasi terkait Profile Company dan Product Knowledge Perusahaan
Berkoordinasi dengan Tim HR Recruitment untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan target hiring
Berkolaborasi dengan leader sales untuk pemenuhan MPP Sales all area
