Kami adalah perusahaan global skala enterprise IT mencari Part-Time Talent Sosmed B2B yg profesional, artikulatif, dan lincah untuk menjadi wajah brand kami di konten media sosial B2B (Reels/TikTok/LinkedIn dll). Kami menganut budaya kerja Zero-Excuses , yaitu tidak mencari teoritikus atau sekadar pembaca naskah. Kami mencari eksekutor tangkas yang memiliki daya persuasi tinggi, cepat mencerna brief bisnis yang kompleks, dan fokus pada hasil (bukan alasan).

Tanggung Jawab:

1. Tampil percaya diri dan profesional untuk meyakinkan audiens level manajemen/B2B di depan kamera.

2. Berperan sebagai talent utama dalam pembuatan konten (baik secara visual/face maupun voice over)

3. Komunikasi Persuasif: Membawakan materi solusi teknologi dengan gaya luwes, tegas, dan langsung pada intinya (tidak bertele-tele).

4. Bekerja dengan ritme cepat, mandiri, menyelesaikan take video secara efisien, dan minim kesalahan mendasar (Eksekusi cepat)

5. Tanggap terhadap instruksi dan berinisiatif menyesuaikan penyampaian naskah agar lebih natural tanpa perlu pengawasan mikro.

6. Mencari Leads client relevan di Sosmed

7. Melakukan proses shooting konten sesuai jadwal rutin, baik di kantor maupun di lokasi eksternal

Kualifikasi Utama:

1. Memiliki portofolio video on-camera (Host/Presenter/Content Creator) ( nilai tambah )

2. Komunikasi Kelas Bisnis: Artikulasi jelas, tidak kaku, dan memiliki karisma saat berbicara.

3. Cerdas & Cepat Tanggap : Quick learner (anti-lemot) dan mampu beradaptasi langsung di lapangan.

4. Memegang dan memiliki Komitmen dan tanggung jawab kerja penuh

5. Berpenampilan rapi, clean, dan representatif untuk mewakili industri korporat.

6. Bersedia bekerja part-time secara on-site di Sleman, Yogyakarta
