Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for talents and internal positions.
- Source candidates through TikTok, Instagram, Threads, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Support onboarding and recruitment-related administration.
- Track hiring progress and achieve recruitment targets.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Min 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, or KOL specialist.
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and social media platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, organized, and responsible.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
