We are building a Talent Pool for Human Resources positions to support our growing business needs. This opportunity covers various HR functions including Recruitment, HR Administration, Payroll, Training & Development, and Employee Relations.
Candidates in our talent pool will be contacted when relevant positions become available.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment process (screening, interview coordination, offering)
- Handle HR administrative tasks including employee data and documentation
- Assist in payroll preparation (attendance, overtime, reimbursement)
- Support training and development programs and coordination
- Maintain good employee relations and assist in handling employee inquiries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Qualifications:
- Open for all majors
- Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply
- Basic understanding of Human Resources functions is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (mandatory)
- Able to communicate in English (both written and spoken)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and good communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
