Responsibilities:
1. Supporting business targets and organizational objectives.
2. Executing processes in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
3. Collaborating across functions to support business operations.
4. Contributing to process improvement, customer experience, and business transformation.
5. Maintaining professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and compliance.
Job Specification:
1. Minimum S1 in a relevant field.
2. Experience in General Insurance or Financial Services is preferred.
3. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply for suitable opportunities.
4. Relevant professional certifications related to the position or function will be an advantage, such as certifications in Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Actuarial, Compliance, Legal, Human Capital, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or other relevant professional certifications.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office; data analysis skills are an advantage.
6. Specific requirements will depend on the available position.
