Job description for Talent Officer at Godslave Squad
Requirements (FULLTIME)
- Bachelor's degree in any field;
- Internship or organizational experience in content research, content creation, or social media handling is preferred;
- Experience with celebrity/influencer endorsements, brand partnerships, and live streaming is a plus;
- Understanding of social media platform trends and algorithms, particularly on Instagram and TikTok;
- Professional, patient, and able to perform well under pressure, with excellent communication skills for interacting with talents/influencers;
- Strong negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative ideas, script, copywriting for endorsement deals;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with talents/influencers;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and clients;
- Conduct research to identify emerging social media trends and potential talent;
- Support talents/influencers in improving their content performance;
- Serve as the Contact Person for assigned talent/influencer;
- Provide support to the Talent Manager on various tasks and initiatives;
- Develop and prepare commercial decks for clients.
