Job description for Talent Manager (Livestream Lead / Livestream Supervisor) at PT. ULTRA MOON MEDIA
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for live stream strategy, live stream host scheduling, promotion, script, and live host management
- Manages Host Live to reach sales target
- Have experience using MCN / Tiktok Partner Center before
- Organize and conduct daily live streams on various channels for Host (TikTok/Shopee/etc)
- Prepare introduction and knowledge of the product (Training)
- Professionally set up products
- Write and enhance product descriptions, incorporating the unique selling points of our products in an engaging manner
- Analyze live stream statistics weekly, learn from other live streams, and issue a weekly report with conclusions on ways to improve statistics
Qualifications :
- Min. S1 /D3 Education
- Must be Able speak English
- Have at least 1 year of experience as a Live Stream PIC
- Have People Management skills
- Have strong leadership skills to oversee live streams
- Experience in online or offline sales (TikTok live streaming experience highly preferred)
- Knowledgeable about tricks to attract viewers and sell products quickly
- Strong sense of responsibility, caring about the brand's reputation
- Awareness of popular trends on social media and the ability to offer useful suggestions
- Ability to engage with market management and present live stream sales data
- Strong Microsoft Office skills or familiarity with data analysis tools
- Effective time management and attention to detail to coordinate live stream events successfully
