We are looking for a proactive and creative Talent Management Executive to manage and grow our network of KOLs and KOCs. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with creators, supporting their content strategy, and ensuring smooth coordination between talents and campaign teams. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to align brand goals with influencer activities and deliver impactful marketing results.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day communication and coordination with KOLs and KOCs.
- Support campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
- Identify and recruit new talents suitable for brand collaborations.
- Ensure each talent meets brand guidelines and content deadlines.
- Work closely with the marketing team to optimize campaign outcomes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field. Experience in influencer or talent management is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.
