Kualifikasi

  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja 1–2 tahun, diutamakan pada bidang operasional, administrasi, atau perusahaan di bidang Teknologi Informasi (IT).
  • Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, dan Teams) dengan baik.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, koordinasi, dan pemecahan masalah yang baik.
  • Mampu membangun dan mengelola hubungan kerja yang baik dengan klien.
  • Bersedia bekerja secara mobile di wilayah Jabodetabek.
  • Teliti, terorganisir, dan mampu mengelola administrasi serta operasional secara efektif.

Ringkasan Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Mengelola administrasi dan operasional tim Site Service Engineer.
  • Mengoordinasikan proses rekrutmen, onboarding, offboarding, serta pengembangan SDM Site Service Engineer.
  • Memenuhi kebutuhan penempatan tenaga profesional IT (tech talent) sesuai kebutuhan klien.
  • Melakukan evaluasi kinerja engineer secara berkala serta memonitor dan menyelesaikan permasalahan operasional.
  • Menjadi penghubung antara Site Service Engineer, tim internal perusahaan, dan pihak klien untuk memastikan koordinasi berjalan efektif.
  • Menyusun, memelihara, dan mengoptimalkan alur kerja operasional agar lebih efisien.
  • Mengoordinasikan pengumpulan laporan kerja engineer dan unit terkait serta melakukan tindak lanjut kepada pihak yang bertanggung jawab.
  • Memimpin dan memfasilitasi rapat operasional bulanan serta berpartisipasi dalam pertemuan internal maupun eksternal.
