Folago Corp membuka kesempatan untuk posisi Talent Coordinator di divisi Live Entertainment.

Kami mencari kandidat yang dinamis, kreatif, dan siap bergabung secepatnya untuk mendukung perkembangan para talent kami.

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

- Mengatur jadwal, target, dan memantau progress harian/mingguan para talent.

- Menganalisis dan mengikuti tren TikTok serta perkembangan algoritma media sosial terkini.

- Mengelola laporan kerja dan administrasi menggunakan Microsoft Office.

- Bekerja secara efektif di bawah sistem pencapaian target (KPI).

Kualifikasi:

- Terbuka untuk Fresh Graduate maupun yang berpengalaman.

- Memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang tren TikTok, algoritma, dan dunia media sosial.

- Memiliki kemampuan manajemen waktu yang baik untuk mengatur talent.

- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) atau Spreadsheet.

- Terbiasa bekerja dengan sistem target (KPI).

- Bersedia mengikuti sesi training terlebih dahulu sebelum mulai bekerja.

- Dapat bergabung secepatnya.
