Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting students of Digital Marketing, Social Media & Video Editor Bootcamp.
- Conducting job coaching sessions and reviewing students' career preparation documents.
- Responsible for student career-related sessions during bootcamp: Student Success Session and Dream Talent Session.
- Responsible for the student career program after bootcamp: Rise UP+
- Maintain strong communication with students and alumni.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support students' learning journey such as during bootcamp and internship programs.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, human resources, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong interest in career development, education, or tech talent growth, particularly in Digital marketing, Social media, Copywriting & Video editing industry.
- Excellent in communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills to guide students through their career journey.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced learning environment and collaborating with internal teams and students.
- Prior experience in career consulting, student advisory, or talent development is highly preferred.
