Job description for Talent & Organization Development Lead at CRSL
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain talent mapping and talent profiles.
- Interpret assessment, performance, competency, and behavioral data.
- Identify high-potential talent, future leaders, key experts, and role mismatches.
- Support talent review, succession planning, and career development.
- Develop competency frameworks and role-fit analysis.
- Create Individual Development Plans for key talents.
- Support organization development and capability-gap analysis.
- Provide talent recommendations to management and department leaders.
- Build simple talent dashboards and development tracking.
REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Preferably 2–3 years of experience in Talent Management, Organization Development, People Development, Assessment & Development, or HRBP.
- Experience in talent mapping, assessment, competency mapping, succession planning, or career development is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, observation, and communication skills.
- Able to translate people data into practical recommendations.
- Comfortable working closely with managers and senior management.
- Strong confidentiality and professional judgment.
- Experience in a growing or dynamic organization is a plus.
