Cleansheet (Midlab's partner) currently looking for a Talent Acquisition to join their growing team and support end-to-end recruitment needs in the industry.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment with a focus on blue-collar/cleaning staff, ensuring hiring needs are fulfilled on time with proper administration.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, build a talent pool, and maintain relationships with potential candidates for ongoing hiring needs.
  • Ensure a professional and communicative recruitment experience and support employer branding content creation.
  • Prepare recruitment reports, evaluate hiring effectiveness, and provide recommendations for process improvement.

Qualilfication

  • S1 Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field. Minimum 1 year experience in HR.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, proficient in Google Workspace.
