Job Description :
- Manage full-cycle Recruitment from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates
- Sourcing candidates online, updating job ads on career pages, and social media, participating in job fairs.
- Play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the most qualified employees.
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Manage data and create recruitment process reports.
- Build and develop recruitment strategies
- Assist HR in other programs as needed
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resources Management or Equivalent
- 2+ years experience as a recruiter.
- Excellent in phsycology tools test.
- Excellent in recruitment process & BEI interview technique.
- Experience with posting jobs online and writing job descriptions.
- Fantastic interpersonal and communicative skills
- High Initiative, Agile, able to work underpressure and Multitasking
- Good Communication in English, both written and oral
- Placement in Arcamanik, Bandung
