Job Descriptions:
· Source candidates from multiple channels and make recommendation for new channels
· Manage candidate source to ensure a continuous stream of candidates
· Shortlist candidates and select the best from our pool of applicants
· Identify great talents for potential needs in the company
· Interview candidate for culture-fit selection process
· Keep track and prepare reports of open positions, hiring funnel, turnover rate, and manpower planning from hiring managers
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Management
2. Preferably having 1 year of experience in Recruitment, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
3. Excellent interviewing skills to identify candidates' talents, motivation, and cultural fit
4. Excellent interpersonal communication and time management skills
5. Proactive, ambitious, and persistent
6. Able to work under pressure and deadlines
