Responsibility:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (Screening until Onboarding)
- Assist in maintaining employee data and documentation.
- Help organize HR activities .
- HR Administration
- Manage Employee Relation.
- Contribute to daily HR operations and projects.
Requirements:
- Experience min 2 year in Talent acquisition specialist (F&B is a plus)
- Bachelor Degree with majoring in Psychology, Management, or related fields.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, initiative and detail person
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work under pressure and in a fast-paced workflow
- Work place at Pluit, Jakarta Utara
