Key Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or related fields.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
* Experience in Healthcare, Retail, Hospitality, or F&B industries is highly preferred.
* Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for both operational and corporate positions.
* Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent conversational English.
* Target-oriented and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Scope of Work
* Manage end-to-end recruitment across Kacamatamoo and other Group business entities.
* Develop recruitment strategies to support business expansion and new outlet openings.
* Partner with hiring managers to identify manpower needs and recruitment priorities.
* Monitor recruitment progress, KPIs, and hiring timelines.
* Prepare recruitment reports and continuously improve sourcing effectiveness
