Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the HR team in Singapore. This is a regional role, recruiting across countries in APAC.
· Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring requirements and meet their recruitment needs
· Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/universities etc
· Source (creatively) and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
· Where required, assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
· Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
· Follow-up closely on the hiring process
· Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
· Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
· Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
· Review and amend job descriptions and job specifications as required.
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field. Alternatively, lesser qualifications with strong experience in recruitment will also be considered
· Proven work experience as a Recruiter
· Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
· Experience in high volume recruitment exercise is an advantage
· Creative in exploring new channels of recruitment
· Ability to organise skills assessment, case studies, online tests for candidates • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
· Proficient in MS Excel, data management and reporting
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong decision-making skills
