- Female/male, max 35yo
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology
- Min 3 yrs experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
- Hands-on with full-cycle of recruitement process, psychotest tools, evaluation/assesment methods & interview techniques
- Understand recruitment trend using social media, professional network; & full of innovations in finding best candidates
- Eager to understand roles & responsibilities of each position within organizations
- Able to attend for offline Test & Interview
- Willing to do recruitment in each branches of Orient Group
- Identify staffing needs
- Do the cycle of recruitment process, and provide MPP in time, as KPI setting.
- Source potential candidates through various channels & platforms
- Keep updated on trend of recruitment
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Initiate/propose ideas for new method for sourcing best candidates
- Establish good cooperation with institutions/ schools/ universities
- Maintain candidates database in order to fulfill the MPP needs in time
