Job description for Talent Acquisition Specialist at PT ACTalents Solutions Partners
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding for operational, corporate, and managerial positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, define role requirements, and ensure timely and accurate hiring decisions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through job platforms, referrals, networking, direct sourcing, talent pools, and other relevant channels.
- Source and assess candidates based on role requirements, competencies, experience, and cultural fit, while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Monitor recruitment performance through key metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, hiring quality, and recruitment pipeline, and identify opportunities to improve hiring effectiveness.
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives to strengthen KOI Group’s talent attraction and hiring capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with leadership or lead experience.
- Experience hiring across multiple functions and levels (operational to managerial).
- Preferably from fast moving industry background
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
