Key Responsibilities :
1. End-to-End Recruitment
Manage the entire recruitment process for assigned roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the offer process.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and providing timely updates to stakeholders.
2. Sourcing & Market Intelligence
Utilize multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing, to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Develop a strong professional network within the local market to access passive talent pools.
Provide insights on local market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to hiring managers and the HR team.
3. Stakeholder Partnership
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Provide guidance on interviewing techniques and candidate assessment to ensure the selection of the best-fit talent.
Act as a brand ambassador, effectively promoting the company's employer value proposition to candidates.
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Psychology, or a related field.
3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably in technology, consumer goods, retail, or a fast-paced multinational environment.
Candidates with experience in the fintech or financial services industry will be highly preferred.
Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various functions, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and IT.
Strong proficiency with mainstream job portals, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and leading local job boards, as well as Applicant Tracking Systems.
Full professional proficiency in English and the local language, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
Must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is located.
