Job description for Talent Acquisition Specialist at ADVANCE.AI
- Best buddy with the hiring manager to identify their manpower needs.
- Create job advertisements on Linkedin and other Job portals as well as an internal referral programs.
- Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
- Sourcing and shortlisting prospective candidates.
- Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
- Scheduling and interviewing shortlisted candidates.
- Build a talent pool to speed up the recruitment search.
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives
- Bachelor of Psychology, HR or equivalent.
- Having proven experience to work in a high volume of recruitment.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar
- Great communications skill and fluent in English is mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Having an ability to work with multiple deadlines and a fast-paced work environment.
- Can-do attitude
- Have experience working with multi-country companies.
- Able and familiar with Job Portal and analyze the market trends
