Job description for Talent Acquisition Specialist at ScaleOcean
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting (in-house or agency)
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and role requirements
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals for sourcing
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
- Conduct initial screening and interviews, and coordinate with hiring teams
- Maintain and update the ScaleOcean Recruiter Platform
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platform
