Job description for Talent Acquisition Partner at The Chope Group Pte Ltd
- Source, recruit and hire across a wide range of roles while managing the process from sourcing to onboarding
- Create and adopt comprehensive sourcing and recruitment strategies to hire top tier talent
- Provide the best hiring experiences for hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional stakeholders alike
- Ensure a high level of performance and manage requisitions for both permanent and contract positions, meeting planned recruitment strategy in a timely manner with quality hires
- Drive and bring to life key initiatives that improve the hiring process and strategy
- Govern recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with local laws and hiring guidelines
- Diploma or Recognized University Degree in a Business / HR related discipline
- Minimum 5 years full cycle recruiting experience
- Experience managing recruiting processes in application tracking systems
- Proven track record in sourcing and hiring candidates across all functions (tech, non-tech)
- Ability to tap into networks throughout various markets and build relationships with active and passive candidates
- Proven track record of delivering a high-level candidate experience, with superior negotiation skills, and comfort navigating ambiguity
- Ability to handle complex and sophisticated searches from junior to senior level roles. Ability to source and build a passive candidate pool to draw from for open roles
- Strong business acumen, demonstrated experience partnering directly with senior leadership and experience partnering with and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle by providing strategic guidance on recruiting sourcing and interview planning
- Ability to pivot and quickly adapt to changing business needs and priorities
- Strong communication and presentation skills to work with senior stakeholders
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools and technologies
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in an evolving, dynamic environment
