What you'll be doing :
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage qualified candidates
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening applications, conducting interviews and providing feedback
- Utilise various sourcing channels and techniques to build a robust talent pipeline
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Work closely with teams to understand the requirements and needs for open positions
- Maintain accurate records and provide recruitment metrics and reporting
- Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
What we're looking for :
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
- Keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing a positive candidate experience
- Male and immediate joiner are preferred
- Willing to be placed in Kelapa Gading
