Job description for Talent Acquisition Officer at Ruangguru
- Search and attract the best candidates for each user through online ads and offline initiatives
- Handle the recruitment process, such as selecting the candidate from the documents and manage the interview session
- Conduct the assessment and create a simple report of candidate's personality
- Communicate to other parties about the events related to recruitment process such as job expo and campus hiring
- Maintain and update Recruitment Tracking System and other forms of reporting or record keeping with attention to detail and accuracy
- S1 bachelor degree on any major (Psychology is preferred), fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Possess internship or freelance experience in recruitment is preferred
- Knowledgeable in interview and in psychological testing
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment juggling between multiple priorities
- Able to work under pressure
- Possess the ability to maintain strict confidentiality, as well as maintain deadlines
- An initiative and creative person, able to work independently with minimum supervision, but also as part of project team
