Job Description :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Manage and organize employee & candidate documentation
- Ensure completeness of documents for onboarding and payroll
- Coordinate with hiring manager to align recruitment needs
- Maintain candidate database and talent pool
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management or a related field
- Minimum 6 months or 1 year of experience
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment process
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Experience in high-volume recruitment or hiring for operational and corporate position is an advantage
