Job description for HR Manager at MSBU
- Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
- Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (screening applicants, interviews, background check, etc.)
- Take step to ensure positive candidate experience
- Creating KPI reports
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business, Marketing or related field
- 5 years of experience in internal talent acquisition or recruitment agency
- Proven track record of finding unique ways to source and attract qualified candidates
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
- Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
- Ability to work fast in a changing environment
- Result-driven, with the ability to demonstrate and quantify success relative to established targets and metrics
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
