Job description

We are looking for a talent acquisition intern with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

Talent Acquisition Intern duties and responsibilities
Sourcing and recruit experts in the various industry to be Online Trainer in Terampil also internal hiring if need it.
Prepare a training outline and materials with trainers
Scheduling & conducting training video recording
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes

Talent Acquisition Intern Requirements
ability to conduct different types of interviews
study with various selection processes (Online Interview, Phone Interview, reference check etc)
Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making skills
Undergraduate degree (5-8th semester) or freshgraduate in Human Resources Management/Psychology or other social related
