Job description for Talent Acquisition Intern at Pt Logisklik Gemilang Indonesia
Job Descriptions:
1. Handling end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to managing the offer process
2. Coordinate with Head of HR and user to identify staffing needs in different areas and divisions
3. Develop job descriptions and job posting to reach the right talent
4. Identify resumes and screen qualified candidates
5. Source, attract and recruit passive candidates
6. Manage the interview process and conduct structured interviews to determine fit
7. Keep records of all materials used for recruitment
8. Negotiate compensation and terms of hire
9. Develop innovative hiring strategies
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other related field
2. Freshgraduate are welcome to apply (have experience in similiar role or start-up company would be a plus)
3. Knowledge of psychotest and interview technique
4. Familiar with social media, Linkedin for talent sourcing and professional networks
5. Good time management, interpersonal and communication skill
