Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and posting job vacancies across various job platforms and online media.
- Identify potential candidates from various sources, review resumes and application documents, and conduct initial screening.
- Assist in maintaining the candidate database and updating recruitment process statuses.
- Assist in organizing and administering online and offline selection tests.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and the HR team, and participate in interview sessions when required.
- Assist with recruitment processes and other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate or final-year student majoring in Psychology.
- Possess a basic understanding of recruitment and employee selection processes.
- Have a basic understanding of psychological assessment tools and psychometric test administration.
- Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
