Job description for Talent Acquisition Intern at Pt Profescipta Wahanatehnik

Requirements:
- Preferably Final Year Student in Psychology Undergraduate Program
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and recruitment software are advantageous
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the candidate search process through various platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
- Screening candidates for various positions
- Assisting in contacting and scheduling candidate
- Managing the talent acquisition database
- Contributing to special projects assigned by the Recruitment team, such as employer branding initiatives or recruitment strategy development.
