Requirements :
1. Woman
2. Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/HR Management
3. Preferably have an experience as Recruiter or Talent Acquisition
4. Experienced in handling end-to-end recruitment process
5. Have an work experience in telco industry (is a plus)
7. Good attitude, communication skill, initiative, analytical thinking, fast learner, detail, and adaptive
8. Able to work as team and individual
9. Familiar with various psychological test tools for recruitment
10. 3 months contract for maternity leave replacement
Jobdesc :
1. Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process of MPP Project (Sourcing, Selection, Interview, Administration Process, Join)
2. Perform maintenance and replacement of MPP Project
3. Coordination with clients and other departments regarding sourcing, recruitment, selection and administration processes
4. Handle resources request of various positions
5. Post job vacancy (job portal, link, social media, etc)
6. Sourcing and screening suitable CV
7. Perform offline or online interview
8. Perform psychological assessment report for new employee
