Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Intern who will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across a wide range of roles, including both experienced professionals and campus recruits. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people, process-oriented, and capable of building strong talent pipelines to support our company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across departments, with a focus on campus recruitment
- Source and attract candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, campus events, referrals, etc.).
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database and provide regular reports on hiring progress
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates
Requirements:
- Prior experience in talent acquisition, with proven success in handling end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in final semester
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
